Here’s what you get…

Two weeks before our ride…

  • Receive a complete information packet with directions to the event, a full itinerary, a welcome video, and your retreat journal.
  • Dwain will call or email to answer any questions.
  • Log onto the secure website and complete your bio and company information and upload a photo. This allows riders to get familiar with each other prior to the ride.

Arrival Day (Monday)…

  • Arrive, check in, tour the grounds, and get settled in for the retreat.
  • Get acquainted happy hour and group dinner.

During the Sessions…

Each session we’ll focus on the companies individually to review their issues, goals and plans. The invaluable tools, tips and advice discussed will provide tactics you can implement immediately upon returning home.

Days Two and Three…

  • Group breakfast
  • Morning workshop session
  • Break and lunch
  • Riders meeting
  • Afternoon ride
  • Happy hour, dinner, and great conversation

We begin each day bright and early with breakfast and then dive into the business session.

On the Bikes…

Each afternoon, we saddle up to ride great roads through fantastic scenery.

Each ride is designed to clear your head a bit and allow thoughts to percolate and bubble up to the top. Then we’ll head back to debrief the day and then break before coming together for dinner.

After the Ride…

Dinners will a great time to talk about the ride, what you learned in the morning workshop, and how you can apply it to your business. Best of all will be the comradery and relaxing atmosphere to help you build lasting friendships.

Back at your office…

The retreat doesn’t end when you return home. It includes monthly follow-up coaching with Dwain by phone for up to six months and live question and answer calls with the group of new friends you’ll meet at the retreat.
